Well, 70% of the time it’s the eyebrows I’m looking at in the conversation. BUT this is still a major win because I’m not moving my head all over the place trying to assuage my anxiety. I’m much better at hiding my discomfort!
This is still a major thing for me because for the past 20 years eye contact was very difficult. I’d get uncomfortable and start looking around the room while the other person is talking.
Apparently that’s not normal in a conversation and considered rude and cold. I don’t want to come off as rude and disinterested.
But yeah, I’m happy for myself!!!
