The attached photo is from a scene that was deleted from the 1933 movie, Broadway Thru A Keyhole. As you can see in this photo, without proper context, it looks like a beautiful tuxedo-clad woman is cumming from the sensation of her bowtie being tightened around her lovely throat.

I've had an idea for a long time to play out a scene in which a woman enters a formalwear shop to get fitted for a suit or a tuxedo. We start off with her measurements, keeping things professional at first as I extend the measuring tape down the lengths and widths of her back, shoulders, arms, legs. Then we get to the waist, the chest, the thighs, the groin, and things start getting a little more intimate. And then I wrap the tape around her neck, with the actual intention of measuring it for her desired outfit, but after getting her neck measured, I get lost in the moment and hold the tape encircled around her neck for longer than necessary. I don't tighten it, I don't strangle her with it, but I forget what I'm doing in that moment, and I have two options at that point: 1.) apologize for keeping her leashed longer than needed once I come back to reality, OR 2.) make a playful joke that implies I like choking and hope she also likes it.

Fast-forward a few beats later, her outfit is ready to try on. I hand her the items that make up her finished desired outfit, and she asks me if where the changing room is. Again, depending on a variety of factors for how we agreed to play the scene, I can either be a pervert and tell her she'll have to change in front of me because the changing room is out of order, or I can be a gentleman and escort her to where she can change. Regardless of which she chooses, I offer my services to help her tie her tie after she's put on the other items. If she chose to change in front of me, I hand her the shirt to start off, enjoying the sight of each button/stud being buttoned all the way up to her neck. Followed by the pants/skirt. Then the socks, then the shoes. Then the vest/waistcoat or the cummerbund depending on whether she chose a suit or a tuxedo (because they're different things). Then I hand her the jacket, and I reach for the final item... her tie. Only there's a twist... I have two ties of the same style.

As she's checking herself out in the mirror clad in her very dashing, yet still unfinished ensemble, I tell her about a fashion show I went to where all the models had their hands tied behind her back, which enhanced the profile of their now puffed-out chests as they strutted down the runway. Showing my lovely customer the two ties in my hand, I ask if she would like to try that to create a similar effect. I have no idea how much difficulty I face in trying to sell her on the idea (maybe she likes to play hardball?), but I eventually do sell her on the idea, and she faces away from me as she places her hands behind her back for me to restrain. I cross her wrists in an x-position, and using one of the two ties in my hand, I make sure to tie them gently and securely at least once around vertically and once around horizontally before knotting it off (neckties aren't that long, so "at least once around" is just me estimating how much I'll have to work with), asking her if she's comfortable. If she says she's not comfortable, then I readjust the tie until it feels comfortable. If she says she is comfortable, then we continue.

As she turns around, I ask her to please lift her chin for me, and she complies. Now this next part all depends on how quickly we agreed to get intimate and rough with each other for the scene (and I guess whether or not she willingly changed in front of me also makes a difference), as well as if she wanted a regular long and straight necktie, or if she wanted a bowtie. If she wanted a bowtie (which would be my preference), then I would start by draping the ends over her collarbones, crossing one end over the other and pulling it through to form a half-knot, which I pull snug against her throat. If we agreed that we could be intimate and rough in this moment, then I slowly pull that half-knot a little bit tighter... and tighter... and tighter, trying to garrote her with the bowtie without causing her pain, and eventually pulling her in for a passionate mouth to mouth kiss, giving her something to distract her as I continue to strangle her in her lovely new outfit. Eventually we break the kiss and I ease up on the garrote, bringing the tightness of the half-knot back to being just the slightest notch tighter than snug, and I finish tying the bowtie. I step back to admire my handiwork, I tell her how amazing she looks, and I instruct her to look in the mirror so she can see I'm being truthful.

Now, if she chose a regular straight necktie, then I can essentially do what I would've done had she chosen a bowtie. OR... or, I can tie her tie without any funny business, knot it off properly, and I have two options from there: 1.) pull the knot tighter against her throat using my hands, OR 2.) pull the finished necktie upwards behind her ear like a noose, and give her a beginner's-level hanging. And however I decide to strangle her with the tie, I can easily kiss her in her state of breathlessness, just like with the bowtie.

As she looks at herself in the mirror, her beautifully dapper ensemble now completed, her hands still bound behind her back, her body and mind still recovering from the mild asphyxiated bliss she just experienced, I ask her if she's enjoying her experience at my store. If everything is going right so far with the scene, then she'll say yes she is enjoying herself, and I'll reply by asking her if she'd like to have a little more fun. She'll ask what I have in mind, and I tell her that if she'll follow me to my office, I'll happily "show her the ropes" of the day to day operations here at my store...
