Cars are still leaving tire marks in the driveway after a year

New driveway has been down almost a year. Next month we live in Massachusetts, and our cars are still leaving marks in the driveway when we turn the wheel today the motorcycle kickstand sunk in, it was about 80 degrees today. The company is coming back to look at it, but I'm sure they're gonna say this is just normal. Anyone have any advice or experience with something like this?
