Is anyone here autistic and bipolar?

I know women get misdiagnosed all the time as bipolar when they are actually autistic. But has anyone been diagnosed with both? I don’t know enough about bipolar to know the differences or why women get misdiagnosed. If anyone is willing to share their experience I would really appreciate it.

Recently had a bad bout of postpartum depression and seeking therapy. The therapist gave me the bipolar test and I scored really high…I am diagnosed autistic at 33 and now I’m confused.

Any insights you could share would be really helpful thank you!
