Visual Stimming with Videos and Movies

Recently, I’ve come across the idea of visual stimming and feel like it fits me like a glove. For as long as I can remember, I’ve used movies and then later on videosas a way to calm myself when I am overstimulated and need alone time. When it was finals week at uni and I was especially stressed and overstimulated, I would watch 2-3 movies a day.
Does anyone else do this?
