Aloha friends! I’m 27 and suspect that I might be autistic because of many many many reasons. One thing that makes me skeptical about whether or not I am autistic is my lack of stimming.

Yesterday, while out grabbing dinner I noticed something that might be a stim. (A little background, ordering and waiting for food gives me a lot of anxiety.) As I was waiting for my food, I found myself kind of swaying back and forth kind of like I was dancing with no music on. After a while I realized what I was doing and flashed back to all the times I did that very same thing in other situations. Could that be a stim?
