Autistic people struggle to express emotions/find it hard to get in touch with their emotions, honestly how true or false is this for you ?
Post Body

Tbh I have no issues with expressing the fact that I'm quite a sensitive person, it's more that I'm conscious of not wanting to make other people feel awkward or uncomfortable by crying in public etc

Comments

Sometimes. Sometimes I don't know how I feel about something or someone until I write about it. I often also have delayed emotional reactions. So, things I seemed okay with I get really upset about later.

So, it is true maybe 50% of the time.
