Go-to sensory friendly summer outfits

My current go-to summer outfit is a big t-shirt and little shorts. I'm nearly 30 so this isn't really cutting it anymore, but I have no idea how to dress otherwise. Clothing is an easy way to overstimulate me, if it's rubbing me the wrong way I can't concentrate.
Tell me what works for you, bonus points if you can share some links so I can buy exactly what you have because it's impossible to tell texture/softness online!
