Any advice when someone flirts with you?

I'd like to think I'm pretty decent looking, so I do get the occasional flirting with other people every now and again. My problem is that I don't know how to really reciprocate, and I even get all weird and awkward when I notice eyes on me. I've only have been able to date via dating apps cause I'm more comfortable with the written word, but I'm getting burned out of the dating app scene. I want to try and find someone the "old fashioned way", if that's even possible in this day and age.

Any thoughts? Advice?
