I’m 19 F, how do I know if I am on the spectrum or if all my behaviors are due to being gifted and they are just overexcitabilities? My former therapist brought up autism to me, but then my mom said it’s just because I’m gifted.
Edit: just asking what the difference is/if they can completely overlap/how to find a good psychologist
