Can anyone recommend some sensory-friendly summer pants?

I have a few sensory issues, mostly with people touching me, but I also cannot stand the feeling of wind or fans blowing across my legs. As a result I mostly wear sweatpants or, when I need to, khakis, but never shorts. As a result I often overheat easily in the warmer months, so I ask: does anybody here know of any long pants that can easily dispose of heat?
