Extreme anxiety and panic before starting a new job: how do I make sure I make friends with everyone????
Post Body

Hello I am about to go to an interview for a medical receptionist job and I am facing extreme amounts of panic and anxiety. Before someone tells me to disclose my autism or choose another job, I don't yet have an official medical diagnosis im in the process and secondly, this is the only job I have been able to successfully find a job for.

I have experienced the worst bullying in the food service industry, especially as a server, bartender, runner, etc. For some reason people from these jobs just straight up HATE you if you aren't neurotypical. Furthermore, if you are not liked by your managers, they can literally bully you out of shifts which is just insane to me.

How are you supposed to form actual friendships and not just acquaintance level relationships? I am very good at back and forth conversation and getting a good laugh out of people. But outside of that, I am unable to transition between that "workplace acquaintance" and "actual friend" situation.

HOW DO I F*CKING DO THAT!!!!
