Are neurotypicals more willingly to accept someone with ADHD rather than someone in the spectrum of autism?
Comments

The thing is, everyone is different. People have different views, behaviours & cultures. Some NT’s will have of knowledge on autism, some will have knowledge of adhd, some will have knowledge of both and some will have knowledge of neither. Hard to say what all 4 of those theoretical groups would be more willing to accept when they all have varying levels of experience.

There would be much more groups than those 4 too. Some people hear autism and think of a mute kid who head buts walls, some hear autism and think genius.
