Genetics Testing
Post Body

Hi.

Due to wanting to optimize supplements and maybe dive into diet and a few other things, I would like to take a genetic test, but I am worried about privacy. I don't trust 23andMe and Ancestry but have found Nebula genetics that seems more privacy focused. I am still a bit skeptical. I have been curious if there are European or other countries that have better privacy standards on this as I do want to check and see if I have a suspected gene (and others) and optimize my regiment. Do any of you have any experience with this?
