Part Time Tech Gig?

Currently I work in the financial industry, but I have not been getting as much overtime as I normally do, and need a side gig. I know Python, Powershell, and SQL, and can build basic HTML\CSS webpages with Bootstrap and I have experience building and maintaining computers. I have thought about doing tech support or building websites, but both seem saturated. Are there any part time IT gigs I can do?
