It seems no matter who, I keep finding serious flaws with the people around me and strangers as well. I go to the grocery store or I am at workand people can't use their fucking manners and say excuse me or have a blank face when you smile. My mom likes to argue with me lately and said some hurtful things. My girlfriend has said some hurtful things, but she is the least of the issues. Then you try to be gut level honest online and ,any times people seem so fuckin passive aggressive. It seems like whether it is offline or online, there are no safe havens as things have either been politicized or people act like philistines. Even on here or WrongPlanet sometimes you try to explain something and have open dialogue and you get the Spanish Inquisition and some of the people don't seem autistic but seem more like some normie that stumbled over from TikTok or wherever. Basically it seems like no one can be fully trusted, even family. It is like I get that people have struggles, but lately it seems like everyone's warts have been hanging out. Maybe it is a sign of the times who knows.
