I’m almost thirty and maybe I just need to come to grips with the fact that I’ll never quite understand social norms, specifically connecting with acquaintances over social media. To me, it seems totally normal to DM someone I sorta know and get to know them better. But I guess(?) that is seen as “sliding into DM’s” like I’m being inappropriate? I guess? Sigh
