During one of Arya's POV (I think) she talks about how Robb leads them down to the crypts of Winterfell and something about ghosts when Jon jumps out of the darkness covered in flour. This possibly represents his rebirth as an Other, or just rebirth in general?
When Varys is leading Tyrion after the dresser in Chataya's for the first time, a hallway is mentioned that leads to the Tower of the Hand. "Built for a Hand who's honor wouldn't allow it" or something like that. Could Tywin have been whoring long before his wife died, and maybe she banged Aerys in vengeance and that was how Tyrion was born? Also explains why Tywin always holds him in such contempt even further and seeks to kill him indirectly a few times.
It seems like genetically speaking all of the Targaryen traits are tied to recessive genes making the inbreeding necessary for anything to be expressed.
Another thing I noticed is Tywin and his wife were first cousins, which with a family as genetically close/mixed as the Lannisters could be quite near to incest. Maybe he always knew about Jaime and Cersei (seriously, how could he not) but blamed himself and did what he could to hide it. Maybe Cersei was Tywin's Joffrey?
Not sure if these have been picked up yet, any thoughts?
