(SPOILERS ALL) Quick question on the Tyrells on GoT

I'm just speculating on the future of the show and the Tyrell family, but have a few questions that I don't remember.

Loras is the heir to Highgarden in the show. That is confirmed, which is fine. But, did they ever mention if Loras is the only son to Mace?

I can see if they decide to kill Loras this season, and if he in fact does have his brothers in the show, then Wylas could actually come out and the Reach arc could happen in season 6.

But, if he doesn't have brothers and they do kill Loras, how will the Tyrells continue on? In the show, who would Highgarden pass on to?
