So this is premised on two other theories being true: 1) R L 2) Jon survives somehow.

I have this feeling that Lady Stoneheart will have some sort of confrontation or near confrontation with Jon at one point. She wanted him dead (or at least paraplegic instead of Bran in AGOT) when she was regular Cat, so I think she will really want to see the end of him, as Zombie Cat. But just before her confrontation with Jon I think somehow she will learn the truth that R L=J. This will bring back thoughts of Ned, and the fact that all these years believing he cheated on her, wasn't actually true. This now will cause LS to have some empathetic emotions towards Jon, and they will work together somehow.
