I'm not caught up in my initial read of the series, but I'm curious to see if there are major departures from the TV series because of Lady Stoneheart and fake Aegon, among--I'm assuming--a lot of other things. (A Feast For Crows is hard to get into, that's why I'm reading other series.) I, like a lot of people, was disappointed in how D&D ended things. Are we building towards something similar or something completely different? there are character beats in the show the didn't line up with the books. Thanks for taking the time to answer my question if you do!
