I kind of need a “refresher” for work. It’s been over 3 years and and my On-line, and learning app both gave me the wrong sign for “change” and I embarrassed myself a bit :) I work in apartment maintenance, and would like to do some employee training. I’m unsure how common it is for someone who has no idea what their doing to curse or insult the hearing impaired. But the manager commended an employee for trying, when if said out loud, violates the zero tolerance policy, and would have been fired immediately.
