I'd like to learn ASL but have a messed up arm

Post Body

I am in the infancy of learning ASL but I am already having issues. Years ago my right radial nerve was severed at the elbow. It's left me with limited mobility in my right arm. I cannot make my right palm face skyward (thumb to my right) and I cannot extend my middle and ring fingers if my wrist is outward flexed.

How fucked am I? Do ASL speakers recognize patterns or signs closely enough that my meaning could get muddled or do I need to just go slower to "enunciate" more clearly? I'm lost. I don't have anyone that signs in my life to ask if it looks like I have a speech impediment
