How do I (F18) accept my bfs (M19) ED? I find it hard from my previous love languages.

so, my boyfriend (M19) just told me he has ED (after i (F18) caught him lying to me about cumming), and idk how to take it. i’m mad he lied for one, and for two, it’s hard accepting not having as much sex. sadly, i’ve grown into thinking that “love” is shown through sex, so when he only wants to do it maybe 2-3 times a week (max) was upsetting. i guess i’m asking how to get out of this mindset?
