Summary in comments - What advice do you have for a guy about to have sex w/ a 45+ y/o woman who has BDD for the 1st time?

After being separated from a 20 year monogamous relationship, I (41) am about to be intimate with an older woman (47).
She cuts and has body dysmorphic disorder (BDD). Scars don't bother me. Nothing like that bothers me. However, she's overly self-conscious and I want to help her relax as much as possible.
I would appreciate any insight or advice on the matter. Even if it's just "regular" advice on having sex with a woman in her late 40s.
FWIW, she's of medium height, normal weight, and positively gorgeous. She's more attractive than most women 20 years her junior, but she doesn't see it.
