My girlfriend has been off the pill for a couple years now due to not being able to afford it from lack of health insurance. As a result, her hormones are an insane roller coaster and goes through the worst PMS I have ever encountered.
Around the week before her period she's constantly in a bad mood and everything I do is wrong. She's just mad at the world and wants to give up on life and I'm at a loss now. Once it starts she goes back to her normal self, but it's incredibly hard to deal with her like this.
I'm just wondering what I can do to help her get through this. Are there things you enjoy/appreciate your SOs doing to help lessen the PMS crazy? Do I just leave her alone and let her get through it?
Thanks
