Coming from the place that food forgot (Calgary) as a European im very excited to vist Vancouver for a few days and am looking for recommendations for below all in or around downtown

Best lobster roll Best halloumi Best hummus Best deepfried oreo (as a European im fascinated does this exist in Canada or just the US?) Best pad thai Best dandan noodles Best jing Jiang Rou si (with Peking duck pancakes if possible?) Best croissant best baguette best charcuterie (store or sit down)
