Hi everyone, so I've been on hrt for 8 months and have been off of Spiro for 3 months. I just had my blood pressure taken and it said it was 131/77 and I'm worried about it being too high. I have a new endo appointment in November and was wondering if the Endo would be inclined to give me Spiro or a blood pressure medication? Do doctors generally choose to take away hormones even though I've been on them for a while? Maybe they would decrease my dose? Just as long as I don't have to de-transition.
I'm already changing my sodium intake and caffeine intake. Also I'm going to eat cleaner and exercise. Im 5'11 and I weigh 151 pounds.
