Going for my 6 Month HRT Follow-Up: What should I be coming in with in mind?

Context: I'm currently on 100mg Spiro and 2mg Estradiol orally (I was instructed to not take Estradiol sub-lingually) daily. I've definitely seen and felt results, but I feel like I could be getting more. I'm also somewhat interested in starting progesterone, if everyone feels that's what's next or if it's time.
So what should I expect? Should I be asking for higher dosages and/or progesterone? Other miscellaneous things? Advice away friends.
