Underwear recommendations?

Looking for underwear recommendations with the following characteristics:
- Boxer-brief/shorts style
- Room for penis and balls
- High-waisted/no-show
3 is the tricky one. Basically all “mens” boxer briefs have a tight waistband as at the hip, which then causes a weird bulge when worn with a dress. Looking for underwear that is basically the same as boxer-briefs, but easier to wear under dresses.
