Hii. I wasn't sure how to fit my concern into a cohesive question.
I want to know how sexual pleasure will work after an orchiectomy. Specifically, my testicles are the source of lots of pleasure for me. This includes things like touching, light impact, or just bouncing around. So I'm afraid that after an orchiectomy I'm going to lose out on an important fulfilling part of sex that I enjoy. Conversely, I've heard that post-op the scrotum can be rubbed/vibrated and that can feel even better than before. Does that always happen? Does anyone have positive (or negative) confirmation of the scrotum becoming more sensitive post-op?
Potentially other useful info about my situation:
- I'm Non-Binary (and clearly AMAB)
- I don't have severe dysphoria about my testicles/scrotum.
- This is more a convenience
- no more anti-androgens (this is a big deal. Hate spiro)
- easier hormone management ^^
- easier to fit into clothing
- Considering GRS in the future
Thanks for any feedback. If you have adjacent advice feel free to add that, too. Also lmk if there's a better forum for enby questions.
