Hey all, I recently started a job and it's been having me start to consistently wake up earlier than I'm used to. I feel like I don't sleep a ton, but I do spend about 10 hours a day in bed between sleeping, falling asleep and procrastinating waking up. There are absolutely other reasons my sleep is the way it is, but I'm wondering if puberty 2 is part of it. I'm roughly 14 months on E now, so still somewhat early in the grand scheme of things. Is it common to sleep more in the first couple years of HRT?
