HRT doubled after BA

For 7 years per my endocrinologist I took 2mg E and 75mg spiro. My new endo said I was likely under medicated and doubled it to 5mg total daily for E and 100mg twice a day for spiro.

After 2 years on my original regime I barely had AA cups and got implants (350cc) 3 years later I got them done again and have 435cc. Now I’m on these new hormone doses and my boobs are sooooo sore (I forgot how bad it hurts) and they’re already getting bigger.

Has anyone been in this situation and doubled hormones after getting implants? I’m actually scared how big/misshapen they May get as they’re already D cups, and I prefer a more conservative look.
