Negative effects from not taking HRT?
Post Body

Hey, so I've been on HRT for about 2 months now, all the side effects and such had died down to pretty standard female emotions, however this morning for the first time, I forgot to take my pill, I usually take one when I first get up for work at around 7am and one later on in the afternoon, this morning I totally forgot until about 12, by this point I had a massive rage at a controller I was working on ( I work as a technician on computers and consoles and such) and threw the controller on the floor and screamed... something I haven't done since I was an angry little 13 to 16 year old testosterone monster (luckily I'm the only one in the workshop today) , and I couldn't understand why I lost my cool so hard ...until I realised id forgotten my pill this morning, I then took it right away and have since sat down and had 20 minutes to sit down and cool down and feel much better,

But the question is, is it possible that forgetting my pill could have caused this? Or can I just put it down to it being an irrational mood swing due to hormones playing my emotions like Hendrix shreds the guitar?

Thanks!
