Hey all! My current job is a very public-facing one for a small company. I’m one of the few people on staff and so my company’s image is reflected by my work and other things I tweet/do. It’s currently my dream job and I’d hate to lose it, so I’m wondering if anything could actually happen by coming out publicly? If clients complained would my employer have any right to fire me? (Even if not for actually being trans) I live in PA if that helps.
I have no plans to let this stop me, but I want to be prepared for the worst. Thanks everyone 😋✌️
