I am planning on starting hormones soon in order to transition MtF. It is my understanding that HRT will make me permanently sterile. I am married to a woman and we may want to have children some day. So I need to bank sperm for that eventuality. So far though I am having a really hard time finding sperm banks and fertility clinics in my area that can help me out. There don't seem to be many at all in the Carolinas. What few there are either only accept donations for later dispensation to others, or they only really work with cancer patients. What have been you all's experiences? Do I need to be searching for something different? Is there anyone on here that knows of a supportive sperm bank/fertility clinic near Charlotte, NC?
