This question is probably aimed at anyone who has had top surgery who is remaining on E long term (whether naturally as a AFAB or through HRT AMAB). Once you have had your breast tissue removed is it likely to grow back to some degree while you have E in your system?

As a bit of a background, I am AMAB genderfluid/non binary person who has been on HRT for 2 years and have grown A cup breasts. My breasts cause me fairly regular dysphoria. I am lucky that they are small and that they are easy to conceal when I'm presenting in boy mode, however not being able to go bare chested, having to hide them causes me a lot of discomfort. I am considering having top surgery, while remaining on HRT as I want all the other secondary sex changes. However, I am unsure whether, if I have the tissue removed, that it won't continue to grow back? Was wondering if anyone has been through a process like this and what their experience was?
