This might be a very dumb question, but I'm full of worry over it...
Post Body

I want to get bottom surgery. Unfortunately, I'm gonna be saving up for it 100% by myself, since my medicaid won't cover it and crowdfunding never works, and that means it's going to take me years of putting money away because I'm poor.

We all know how bad the current political climate is (and I don't think it's going to get better any time soon), and since states across the US are pushing the envelope on HRT bans/rsstrictions, I'm wondering if, in the next few years, we might lose the right/access to surgeries? Because if we are gonna lose them, I don't really see the point in saving up (even if we eventually get them back, because after you reach a certain age, most surgeons won't perform SRS, and I feel like it'd be YEARS before we get them back once they're gone).

Am I just being overly paranoid?
