Can you grow larger breasts than closest relatives?

So I started hrt almost 10 months ago and Iām nearing a b cup. Was on pills then did injections for a month and a half then went back to pills. But Iām wondering can my breasts get larger than my mother and sisters possibly? Iām 21 years old started hrt at 20 years old
