So I've been on hormones for 5 years and I'm tired of the way I feel about my body, image wise. I'd like some help in terms of guidance, like give me direction towards what I may need.
Context: I'm 30, MTF, live in Texas. I have a host of mental health handicaps that keep me off track, forgetful, or just low on energy and drive. I don't exercise much in part of it, although I want to make it a habit, among other things. My diet usually consists of ramen, with watermelon as my primary fruit and seafood as protein, shellfish or otherwise. I do have health insurance, United Healthcare on top of Medicare and Medicaid. Have old hair loss I'm still trying to recover and I'm currently 287lbs with my goal loss being about 50
Questions: is there like habit apps that are great for this? Best places to get clothes, hygiene, etc. Online or store? What's a more suitable diet to help maximize and facilitate better transitioning and body changes, or something to that effect? Is there any places you know around the Conroe area that would help with surgeries???
If you need more details, feel free to ask. Please and thank you 🌹
