im afab and im struggling to find out if i can have both sets of genitles

My transition goals include both.... and I find i have massive dysphoria from the absense of a cock. I also dont want tits but thats simple top surgery. Googling I can find 0 answers, all of it talk of FtM or MtF but not of what i'm seeking. Does anyone know if this is possible?
