How long till you feel the effects/notice changes from HRT injections?

I just started sub q weekly monotherapy injections yesterday (no blockers) and I'm curious when you start noticing any physical or mental changes? I had a hard time sleeping last night, but I'm not sure if that was from just my mind racing with thoughts or hormone differences.
