I had my first follow-up appointment after getting HRT prescription last week and the blood results just came back and I'm a little worried. I intentionally went on a low dose of estradiol/spiro to ease into changes but asked to up the dosage when i saw almost no changes 3mo in. My blood work came back and it has me at 395 ng/dL (with a note that the normal range is from 250 for men) and 29 pg/mL estradiol (with a note that men usually have <= 39). So it really seems like 3mo of prescriptions did nothing chemically and I don't want to wait another 3mo to up my dosage. Do i need to adjust the values i'm expecting to see? Should i get a higher dosage asap?
