tucking during sex?

I just recently realized how much more I enjoy sex with my girlfriend when I look down and cant see my junk, like when I tuck it under my thighs.
is there any good way to tuck it during sex that can help maintain that visual in other positions and still leave it somehow accessible for oral or with a vibrator? I've never done it before in any context. like, is there some kind of tape I could use that'll keep all that stuff back there?
