Question about hrt effects and piercings

Marked nsfw just in case. I kind of want to get my nipples pierced but I wasn’t sure if that could negatively affect my breast growth or not. I’ve only been on hormones 7 months and my breasts are still small and I don’t want to stunt their growth. Any advice would be appreciated!
