How did you come to terms with being transgender?
Post Body

Hi, so for a long time I've always thought I was born in the wrong body, due to being in a conservative area growing up i thought maybe I'll wait till the 'phase' disappears, 18 came by and i still felt the same, and 2021 i tried to just live as i was now 23 going on to 24 nearly a decade with the same feelings of something being wrong like i was born in wrong body, i have come to realise I need to learn more about myself, but i dont know how to learn about my self if i can't come to acceptance.

So i was wondering if anyone could help guide me to a direction were I could start accepting the terms? I try hard to 'fit in' but in doing so im sacrificing my own happiness and im tired.
