Personal question for my fellow transfemmes

I have been on hormones for just about 6 months now, 4mg estradiol and 100mg Spiro and lately whenever I sleep or lay down it feels like my right testicle is going up inside my body and like getting stuck there and causing like a dull pain down stairs. Is this normal or something I should mention to my Dr? I have an appointment on Wednesday.
