Gf needs therapists notes for bottom surgery. What was that one site called?

As stated in the title, my gf got confirmation from a surgeon that she can get bottom surgery from them, but for legal reasons they need permission slips from two different therapists. I remember a while ago I kept seeing adds for a place that could connect you to certified therapists that were supposed to be super supportive, but I've since forgotten what it was called. Does anybody know what it was? Or any others maybe?
