I’m having some issues with a girl and was wondering what your input was?

So there’s this girl I know, and have known for a while now, I’ve been good friends with her for a bit over a year and in the past months I’ve had a pretty big crush growing on her. However, she has a bf of 2 damn years :| and idk how to proceed. I don’t wanna mess anything up for them (her bf knows me and her spend a decent amount of time together and I respect them being together) and I really don’t wanna ruin our friendship. She’s really great and I like her a lot but im scared to proceed or do anything really. I catch her looking at me a lot and she generally is just around me whenever she has the chance, and laughs at most of my jokes, but idk if that’s just being friends?? I assume it would be. And ofc on top of this I can read signals like a toddler can read Shakespeare so I really just don’t know what to do, please help?
