Hi,
I'm a Swiss resident and citizen (with a valid passport), and will be founding a GmbH in the next couple weeks. However, by the end of next year I am planning to leave CH to live and work in a non-EU country for at least 1-2 years (for family reasons and more). I will be returning after this, however my work in the visiting country requires me to be enrolled in their tax system etc, which means I am planning to give up my Swiss residency for this time.

I understand that for founding the GmbH, one must have Swiss residency. However if I leave after founding, can I keep the GmbH in Switzerland, or do I need to close it?
